Shipping Times

We aim to ship all general customer orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Most orders placed before 3:30 PM PST on weekdays ship out on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Partial Shipments from Pre-Orders and Backorders

General customer orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products will not be shipped until all the items on the order are available to ship. Please place in-stock items on a separate order from pre-order items if you need the in-stock items to be shipped out first.

For general customer orders containing back-ordered products, our customer service team will contact you to ask if you would like to wait until they are in stock, refund that product, or for the in-stock products to ship first.

Shipping Methods

We value your business and are committed to offering all of our items with quick, secure, and dependable delivery services.

Typically, deliveries take place from Monday through Friday.

Depending on the size of the product and the destination, orders are delivered through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard Shipping is only currently available from us.

Shipping Fees

The contiguous United States shipping charge for GROWNEER is as follows.
You will be charged in accordance with the size and weight of the item for orders under $39 in total. GROWNEER provides free shipping on purchases of $39 or more.
